On the 22nd of June, we will be hosting the 2016 European Client Summit in London focusing on the topic of Customer Centricity - Turning the myth into reality. With keynote speeches from thought leaders and recognized industry figures, the ZS 2016 European Client Summit provides an opportunity for our most influential customers to debate current trends and issues facing the sector today.

During this first-of-its-kind event, attendees will have the opportunity to network with a distinguished panel of the pharmaceutical industry’s senior-most decision makers, thought leaders and patient representative groups. The Summit will include live discussion, debate and focused brainstorming, aimed at identifying the actions that will shift the industry towards providing real value to its customers. We will be answering some of the industry’s most challenging questions:

About the Expert

Adam Siskind is a Principal with ZS Associates, leading ZS’s European Operations based in its London Office. Adam has extensive experience across most strategic and tactical issues in the pharmaceutical & biotech market, working with ZS in North America and Europe for over 10 years, including work in most therapeutic areas. He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Business University of Toronto with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy. He also holds an HSC in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario. His experience prior to joining ZS includes human resource consulting.
