Role
Pavan is a principal in ZS's Boston office. He is a leader in ZS’s biomarker center of excellence and works extensively with clients in precision medicine and oncology, supporting a full spectrum of medical, marketing and sales challenges.
Expertise
Since joining ZS in 2012, Pavan has developed deep expertise in oncology, helping companies navigate the evolving oncology landscape by assessing organizational structures, developing commercialization strategies, segmentation and forward-looking commercial models. Pavan’s precision medicine and oncology expertise has also enabled him to assist clients with market assessments, disease area strategy and brand positioning. Additionally, he has partnered with oncology diagnostic companies on portfolio strategy, sales planning, customer segmentation and competitive analysis.
Prior experience
Prior to joining ZS, Pavan worked as a design engineer at Caterpillar.
Education
Pavan holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
