Advancing access to care for all

Patient care and access is key to improving health outcomes for all. We work to understand and address the social drivers of health by bringing together stakeholders in healthcare and beyond to tackle inequities.

As a testament to our commitment to advancing health equity, we joined 40-plus organizations in signing both the World Economic Forum’s Zero Health Gaps Pledge  and the Healthcare Leadership Council’s pledge.

Operating ethically for a better future

We operate ZS ethically and with integrity by addressing our climate impact, maintaining data security and privacy, and staying accountable as we make progress.

In 2024, the Science Based Target initiative  (SBTi) validated our 2045 net-zero target. Additionally, the SBTi approved our near-term greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction target to achieve a 48.8% absolute reduction of Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2030 (compared to our 2019 base year) and a 55% reduction of Scope 3 GHG emissions per full-time equivalent (FTE) by 2030 (compared to our 2019 base year).
