Asian@ZS promotes career growth and supports Asian-identifying ZSers throughout their career journeys as they aspire to achieve leadership positions and build long-lasting impact at our firm.
Asian@ZS members raise awareness around issues that are important to the Asian and Pacific Islander community and promote active dialogue and engagement within the broader ZS community.
Through knowledge exchange, Asian@ZS aims to deepen ZS’s empathy of different viewpoints and experiences to enhance inclusivity, strengthen relationships and build a respectful and conscientious space for all ZS people.
Cultural events hosted by Asian@ZS are designed to recognize diverse and unique experiences in the Asian community, while networking events enable Asian-identifying ZSers and allies to learn more about each other and their individual ZS journeys.
