Responsible business for a healthier world

We strive to deliver healthy, fair and sustainable outcomes by integrating ESG priorities into our work, partnerships and operations.

Our goals

We operate our firm ethically and with integrity by addressing our climate impact, maintaining data security and privacy, and staying accountable as we make progress.

In 2023, we submitted a net-zero target with the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) and are awaiting approval. Meanwhile, the SBTi approved our near-term greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction target to achieve a 48.8% absolute reduction of Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2030 (compared to our 2019 base year) and a 55% reduction of Scope 3 GHG emissions per full-time equivalent by 2030 (compared to our 2019 base year).

Impact by the numbers

We aim to foster a culture where every ZSer can follow their passions, receive support needed to succeed and feel heard and respected. Our goal is to create an environment where every ZSer can thrive and know their impact matters.

Placing health equity at the heart of our business is key to improving health outcomes for all. We work to understand and address the social drivers of health, bringing together stakeholders in healthcare and beyond to tackle inequities.

As a signal of our commitment, we joined 40-plus organizations in signing the World Economic Forum’s Zero Health Gaps Pledge as well as signed the Healthcare Leadership Council’s pledge to advance health equity.
