To drive positive change across ZS, we foster community through education, leadership programs, networking and our ZSer-led Inclusion & Belonging groups. Every ZSer can join or engage with groups that align with their interests, as well as propose new employee-led groups for ZS.

Accessibility@ZS supports ZSers with disability-related needs and provides guidance on how to make ZS more accessible and accommodating.

Asian@ZS
Asian@ZS aims to uplift Asian voices, raise awareness of important issues among Asian and Pacific Islander communities and inspire Asian-identifying ZSers to create positive change and career growth at ZS.

Our Inclusion & Belonging Council, which includes broad representation from across the firm as well as external advisers, is helping us make progress on our journey by setting organizational priorities that will move the needle. The Council partners with ZS leadership and our vibrant network of employee-led groups to help embed inclusion and belonging in ZS’s culture and practices.
