Promoting visibility and representation
Accessibility@ZS highlights the positive impact ZSers with disabilities make every day and helps give visibility to those who are neurodivergent or living with physical, sensory or other disabilities.
Building community
Accessibility@ZS members connect ZSers in the disability community so they can find camaraderie based on familiar experiences and feel supported both inside and outside of work.
Providing organizational guidance
Accessibility@ZS offers guidance on how to navigate ZS accommodations to support ZSers with different abilities.
