Andrea has been leading engagements with clients across multiple strategic, sales, marketing, operations and technology issues for 20 years. A leader within ZS’s medtech vertical, she has broad experience in the commercial space ranging from marketing to sales force design to analytics.




Andrea's consulting expertise spans multiple areas including go-to-market strategy, opportunity assessment, segmentation and targeting, sales effectiveness, advanced analytics, incentive compensation and overall commercial operations.


Andrea has authored several articles and is a recognized expert in the medical products and services practice. She has extensive U.S. and international experience, including markets such as Latin America and Europe. 



Prior experience

Before joining ZS in 2002, Andrea worked as a consultant for McKinsey and Arthur D. Little. Her wide-ranging project work included strategic and organizational aspects such as market assessments, organizational change and restructuring, and business strategic analysis.




Andrea holds a master’s of management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She received a business administration licentiate degree (valedictorian) from Universidad Austral in Argentina.
