Andy helps clients across 20-plus medical device sales and market functions and practices.


Andy focuses on ZS’s medtech practice and has more than 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He works exclusively with companies in the medical products industry, consulting on diverse issues related to sales and marketing strategy.   




Andy has significant experience in go-to-market strategy and deployment (sales force structure, size, alignment, targeting, incentive compensation) and talent management strategy. He is also experienced across a number of marketing capabilities including conducting qualitative and quantitative market research, defining value propositions and building/implementing segmentations at the HCP or institution level. He leverages deep knowledge in change management to build solutions and plans that are realistic and impactful in implementation.  



Prior experience

Andy originally joined ZS in 2003 and rejoined the firm in 2010. Previously, he did consulting work for Arthur Andersen and also worked as the senior manager of IT strategy and planning and project portfolio management at Health Care Service Corporation (the parent company of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma).




Andy holds an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and he received a bachelor of business administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
