Brian is a principal at ZS and the global client service lead for a large biopharmaceutical client. In this role, he brings together the best of ZS’s consulting, analytics, operations and technology capabilities to solve this client's strategic business challenges. He is also accountable for several of their business operations and technology programs across various ZS practice areas, including, but not limited to, digital & technology, commercial model design & operations, value & access and customer-centric marketing. Internally, he is a member of ZS’s quality and risk management function to help ensure successful program delivery across our clients.
Brian has more than 20 years of experience delivering customer-focused digital transformation programs. He improves business results by leveraging deep-process expertise, enterprise software, AI innovations and the latest cloud-based technologies to achieve better decision-making and increase operational efficiency.
Previously, Brian was a sales and delivery executive for complex programs with IBM Global Business Services, where he worked for 16 years. He achieved measurable impact for numerous clients in the industrial sector by deploying and managing SAP enterprise applications and business intelligence solutions. In this role, he was responsible for enabling end-to-end business processes across his clients’ organizations for a variety of complex business models.
Brian holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a BBA in information systems from George Washington University.
