Role



Brian is a principal at ZS focused on enabling digital, analytics and technology solutions to help transform clients across the medical technology industry. In this role, he brings together the best of ZS’s consulting, analytics and technology capabilities to solve clients’ strategic business challenges.

 

Brian's previous work at ZS was in the biopharmaceutical industry, most recently as the global client service lead for one of ZS’s top-10 pharma clients. During this time, he was also accountable for large analytics and technology programs across various functions and geographies. Internally, he served as a member of ZS’s quality and risk management function to help ensure successful program delivery across our clients.

Expertise



Brian has more than 24 years of experience delivering customer-focused digital transformation programs. He improves business results by leveraging deep-process expertise, enterprise software, AI innovations and the latest cloud-based technologies to achieve better decision-making and increase operational efficiency.

Prior experience



Previously, Brian was a sales and delivery executive for complex programs with IBM Global Business Services, where he worked for 16 years. He achieved measurable impact for numerous clients across the industrial sector by deploying and managing SAP enterprise applications and business intelligence solutions to achieve transformational change. In this role, he was responsible for integrating end-to-end business processes across his clients’ organizations for a variety of complex business models.

Education



Brian earned an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University and a BBA in information systems from the George Washington University.
