Maria has helped dozens of life sciences companies develop and improve their analytics maturity, processes and technology.


Maria is the platform lead for ZAIDYN™ Customer Engagement and ZAIDYN™ Field Performance. She is also an analytics advisor for medical device and life sciences companies. At ZS, she leads the integrated analytics advisory area, focusing on life sciences clients and helping them to establish and advance their analytics capabilities.


Maria has more than 20 years of experience working with pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare companies, and she consults with clients on a diverse array of analytics and technology strategy issues and implementations, including building analytics centers of excellence; improving business outcomes through advanced data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning; building business cases to invest in analytics; and creating road maps to improve analytical maturity.

Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Maria held a number of leadership positions at Pfizer. She led Pfizer U.S. commercial data warehouse and BI solutions, and also led the incentive compensation group, running the systems, processes and technical infrastructure of Pfizer field compensation, including territory alignment, quota setting, sales reporting, bonuses and awards.


Maria holds a M.S. in computer science from St. Petersburg State University in Russia and an MBA from the Columbia Business School.
