Parijat has been consulting for around 15 years with a focus on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and specialty distribution industries. He has served both large and small companies, working across the U.S., Europe, Japan, Asia-Pacific and various emerging markets. He focuses on franchise and portfolio strategy, M&A and organizational alignment.
Parijat has worked with top leadership on early stage portfolio strategies, M&A, commercialization planning and launch tactics. He has worked across therapeutic areas such as autoimmune, anti-infectives, neurodegeneration, and oncology. He has addressed key issues in in-vitro diagnostics, imaging diagnostics, implantables and other class I/II/III devices.
Prior to ZS, Parijat led the corporate development practice at Campbell Alliance, was an associate partner at Oliver Wyman and a principal at Huron Consulting.
Parijat completed his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
