Rohan is proud to have led and scaled many businesses at ZS. He was named to Consulting Magazine’s “Top 25 Consultants” in 2016 for Excellence in Leadership.


Rohan is the regional managing principal for the Americas East region. He also founded and leads ZS’s Strategic Deals and Programs Group (SDG). The SDG helps ZS to win, design and manage ZS’s largest and most strategic client programs. Rohan is also a member of ZS’s Shareholders’ Council.


Rohan previously led the global relationship with ZS’s largest client, expanding it into new areas and becoming a true enterprise partner for the company across commercial, R&D, supply chain, technology, consulting and analytics. Prior to that, Rohan was the head of ZS’s business consulting and analytics area.


Between 2012 and 2015, Rohan was the regional managing principal for Asia based out of New Delhi. During that time, the India offices tripled in size and impact. In 2006, he moved to London where he managed ZS’s business in Europe. Rohan also founded the Milan office in 2002.


Rohan has collaborated with over 50 pharmaceutical, medical technology and biotech companies. His engagements have spanned 20-plus countries across three continents. He has published thought leadership on clinical analytics structures, sales force regionalization, the evolution of pharmaceutical commercial models and commercialization strategies in the medical technology industry. Rohan is also a speaker at conferences.

Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Rohan worked at an economic consulting firm in Asia and worked at the World Bank.


Rohan holds a bachelor’s degree from Oxford University, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
