Sudhanshu works in the medical devices and diagnostics industries helping clients in different practice areas including go-to-market strategy, sales force effectiveness, market planning and operations, and analytic process outsourcing. Sudhanshu has worked with clients ranging from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies in North America.
Sudhanshu has helped multiple organizations in the life sciences industry on issues related to developing commercial strategy across both sales and marketing issues. He has advised clients on improving their commercial effectiveness through commercial organization design and enablement, launch planning, marketing strategy, pricing and forecasting, and using commercial data analytics to drive business decisions.
Sudhanshu has also worked in ZS’s India office for four years, helping set up and manage teams that deliver ongoing analytics to support global biotech and medtech companies as part of global outsourced models.
Sudhanshu holds an MBA with a major in management studies from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s of engineering in electronics from the University of Pune in India.
