As a former broad market rep and district manager in China, Tim’s project recommendations always consider field pain points to ensure field force buy-in.


Tim currently leads the medtech industry vertical for ZS in China. He works from the global headquarters as well as local affiliates of ZS’s medtech clients to drive growth by ensuring their commercial strategy and organization is equipped to navigate the China market’s dynamic regulatory, clinical and competitive environment.




Tim has 10-plus years of sales and marketing experience in the life sciences industry. At ZS, he has supported numerous medtech and pharmaceutical clients in the resourcing, structuring and deployment of sales forces during post-merger integrations. In addition to his post-merger integration experience, Tim has rich experience in go-to-market strategy, commercial organization transformation, market opportunity assessment and market development.



Prior experience

In addition to his consulting experience, Tim held various sales and marketing positions at BD, and he was responsible for the portfolio and branding integration of infusion disposables as the head of marketing for BD’s intravenous access and interventional specialties business during CareFusion’s integration with BD.




Tim holds an MBA in health enterprise management and marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a B.A. in economics with honors, also from Northwestern University.
