Andrea Traverso
Background and experience
Andrea, a leader in ZS’s medtech practice, helps clients tackle commercial challenges across marketing, sales, operations and analytics to strengthen strategy and performance. Andrea's consulting expertise spans multiple areas including go-to-market strategy, opportunity assessment, segmentation and targeting, sales effectiveness, advanced analytics, incentive compensation and overall commercial operations.
Andrea has authored several articles and is a recognized expert in the medical products and services practice. She has extensive U.S. and international experience, including Latin America and Europe.
Before joining ZS in 2002, Andrea worked as a consultant for McKinsey and Arthur D. Little. Her wide-ranging project work included strategic and organizational aspects such as market assessments, organizational change and restructuring, and business strategic analysis.
