Crystal Lam

Background and experience

Crystal has been consulting in the Chinese market since 2022. Crystal’s areas of expertise focus on marketing strategy, opportunity assessment and market access. She also led projects on incentive compensation and territory alignment. Prior to ZS, Crystal worked for the Hong Kong government. She was responsible for policy formulation and implementation across policy areas including labor and welfare. She also worked on stakeholder management and outreach from the Washington, D.C. office. Crystal is a bilingual Chinese and English speaker.
