Crystal has over three years of consulting experience in the Chinese market.

Crystal’s areas of expertise focus on marketing strategy, opportunity assessment and market access. She also led projects on incentive compensation and territory alignment.

Prior to ZS, Crystal worked for the Hong Kong government. She was responsible for policy formulation and implementation across policy areas including labor and welfare. She also worked on stakeholder management and outreach from the Washington, D.C. office.

Crystal holds an MBA from the London Business School. She graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University with a B.S in biomedical engineering. She also holds an LL.B. from London University. Crystal is a bilingual Chinese and English speaker.
