Lukas Grabner
Background and experience
Lukas leads ZS’s European medtech consulting practice, partnering with medical device and digital health companies to develop commercial strategies, improve market access and accelerate growth.
Lukas primarily works with clients in the medical device industry and also has experience in digital connected health and the pharmaceutical space. A significant amount of Lukas’ experience at ZS has included projects in the areas of commercial strategy, segmentation, sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation design, sales force competency models and capability building, and market opportunity assessments. In addition, Lukas has worked with multiple medtech companies on establishing and maturing the go-to-market capability across EMEA.
