Willem is a global expert in data strategy and governance, with over a decade of experience helping organizations across medtech, insurance and financial services harness the value of data. He has authored more than 100 data strategies, built enterprisewide governance frameworks and enabled master data and quality initiatives across five continents. His work combines business alignment, data architecture and AI-driven innovation to deliver tangible, lasting impact.
Before joining ZS, Willem spent a decade at Deloitte, where he helped multinational clients develop data strategies and operating models. He led the firm’s Spanish-speaking Latin America AI and data engineering practice.
