Adriano Garcez
Background and experience
Adriano leads work across ZS’s research and development, medical affairs and evidence practice from the firm’s Boston office. He helps pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology and healthcare organizations develop evidence strategies, accelerate clinical trials and improve study execution across global, U.S. and European markets.
Adriano supports clients across the evidence-generation life cycle, including evidence strategy, study and protocol design, patient identification, feasibility, site selection and activation, recruitment planning, study startup, trial execution and operational oversight. His work spans phase 1 through phase 4 clinical trials, prospective studies and real-world evidence programs.
He also helps clients connect scientific strategy with clinical operations, data, technology and artificial intelligence to reduce execution risk, improve data quality, and generate evidence more efficiently. Before joining ZS, Adriano built experience across clinical research, clinical operations, healthcare technology, market access and organizational transformation. He has led complex multidisciplinary programs and distributed teams across functions and geographies and has advised clients on global site networks, digital health, software as a medical device, clinical evidence planning, product validation and regulatory strategy.
