Vicky Zhou
Background and experience
Vicky is a ZS principal leading digital care in the patient strategy and services practice, helping pharma, medtech and providers build and scale innovative digital health businesses. She has partnered with pharma, providers, medtech and other healthcare clients on topics ranging from digital health and go-to-market strategy to product design and development and organizational enablement. She is a skilled leader of multidisciplinary teams with a focus on people development.
Prior to joining ZS, Vicky was a partner and director at BCG Digital Ventures, where she focused on building digital health ventures with medtech, pharma and provider clients. She built multiple new digital health businesses and served as the chief commercial officer of one of them. Before that, Vicky was a principal in healthcare at BCG, where she advised top pharma, medtech and public health clients.
