ZS broadened and expanded our impact

ZS opened its first Operations Center in Hyderabad, India, underscoring our commitment to helping life sciences companies unlock the full potential of their global capability centers. By combining advanced analytics, technology expertise and seamless integration with client operations, the center is designed to optimize performance and spark innovation. This strategic investment demonstrates our focus on delivering scalable, efficient and high-impact solutions that transform how businesses operate globally.

In 2024, we also celebrated the advancement of our people, promoting more than 2,850 ZSers across our global offices. This milestone reflects our commitment to recognizing talent, investing in growth and fostering a high-performance culture where ZSers consistently rise to meet client needs with dedication, expertise and innovation.

ZS expanded our digital marketing capabilities with the acquisition of Digital Additive, a firm specializing in Salesforce-powered solutions. By bringing together their technical expertise with ZS’s consulting and technology capabilities, we’re helping clients accelerate meaningful digital transformations—delivering more personalized and effective customer experiences that drive growth.

ZS led industry conversations and showcased our expertise

In 2024, ZS amplified our thought leadership by contributing to the Harvard Business Review Sales Management Handbook, authored by ZS founder Prabha Sinha and Principals Arun Shastri and Sally Lorimer. This guide offers proven strategies to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with insights on sales force effectiveness, leadership and operations. It’s become a valuable resource for business leaders seeking to strengthen sales performance.

ZS also engaged with global business and healthcare leaders at major events including the SCOPE Summit, Reuters Pharma (USA and EU), HLTH, Dreamforce and AWS re:Invent. Through these platforms, we shared insights, built partnerships and highlighted the real-world impact of our solutions.

Our Impact Live event series brought together clients and industry leaders from around the world to explore emerging trends, experience our latest innovations and connect through interactive sessions. With topics ranging from generative AI to customer experience, Impact Live reinforced ZS’s role as a forward-thinking partner shaping the future of healthcare and beyond.

ZS continued to innovate at the intersection of AI and healthcare

This year, ZS launched Myelo, a first-of-its-kind generative AI chatbot developed in collaboration with the International Myeloma Foundation (IMF). Myelo uses advanced AI and natural language processing to help multiple myeloma patients and their caregivers access reliable, personalized information and connect with key IMF resources. This innovation reflects ZS’s commitment to improving patient experiences through responsible, human-centered technology.

ZS also secured its first patent—for Personalize.AI™, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that delivers tailored customer engagement through AI-driven insights. Personalize.AI empowers businesses to deepen customer relationships and drive measurable success, highlighting ZS’s leadership in applying the latest AI advancements to real-world challenges.

ZS earned recognition for impact and culture

ZS was once again recognized for our inclusive culture and industry-leading client work. We were named a Top 10 Women’s Workplace in India by Avtar and Seramount for the fourth consecutive year and received a perfect score from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation in its annual Corporate Equality Index.

ZS also received accolades for our consulting and analytics leadership. We were named a Leader in Life Sciences Digital Services by Everest Group.
