At ZS, Bazgha has been involved in leading innovative initiatives in the R&D excellence practice and serves as the solution lead of the clinical design center platform. Bazgha also serves as a key member of the healthcare data value group and business technology group.
Expertise
Bazgha brings over 15 years of experience working across clients on enterprise-level transformation programs, analytics platform development, clinical development, data strategy and management, real-world evidence, patient centricity and data sciences.
Prior experience
Bazgha spent nine-plus years as a consulting manager for ZS’s business technology and analytics space. Prior to ZS, she worked as a senior BI consultant and senior financial analyst.
Education
Bazgha has an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a B.S in applied statistics.
