With a unique background blending psychology and business, Sophie is devoted to bringing an empathetic, user-centric lens to every engagement.


As a member of ZS’s strategy and transformation team, Sophie specializes in large-scale transformations, marketing strategy and agile management innovations. In this role, she supports client teams in improving effectiveness through customer-centricity and patient-centricity.


Sophie has expertise in marketing, design thinking, change management, and strategic planning. She is a certified SCRUM master with a passion for experience design and workshop facilitation.

Prior experience

Sophie has over 10 years of experience in project management and problem-solving. Before joining ZS, she held a marketing project management position in the non-profit sector. 


Sophie holds an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business with a certificate in health sector management, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bucknell University.
