Tobi leads the relationship with several global clients as well as ZS’s largest medical products region. He leads initiatives in numerous practice areas, including commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, sales force effectiveness, go-to-market strategy and transformation, compensation design, value proposition design and recruiting effectiveness. Previously based in ZS’s Zürich office, Tobi has worked with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
An expert in medical products and services as well as commercial design and effectiveness, Tobi is also an active contributor to thought leadership through a series of published articles and conference engagements.
Before joining ZS, Tobi was a senior engineer at Procter & Gamble, working cross-functionally to bring new products to market. He was also a co-founder of a quantitatively oriented sales force recruiting firm.
Tobi holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
