Tobi leads initiatives with global healthcare firms, focusing on health plans, providers and medical products clients in numerous practice areas, including M&A, business development, sales force effectiveness, go-to-market strategy and transformation, compensation design and value proposition design. Previously based in ZS’s Zürich office, Tobi has worked with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies, in North and South America, Europe and Asia. 



An expert in the healthcare ecosystem, as well as connecting strategy to execution, Tobi is also an active contributor to thought leadership through published articles, conference engagements and ZS’s books.


Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Tobi was a senior engineer at Procter & Gamble, working cross-functionally to bring new products to market. He was also a co-founder of a quantitatively oriented sales force recruiting firm.



Tobi holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University.
