Healthy Minds@ZS destigmatizes mental health stereotypes through events and forums. By providing a safe space for sharing experiences—both anonymously and openly—these opportunities create a community of mutual understanding and support.
Streamlined mental health support
In partnership with HR, Healthy Minds@ZS simplifies access to mental health services by compiling local resources, outlining our employee assistance program and offering quick-reference cheat sheets.
Enhancing mental health awareness
Through open forums and educational events, Healthy Minds@ZS assists ZSers in effectively managing their mental well-being by understanding the factors that contribute to optimal mental health.
