Our mission

How Pride@ZS supports our people

As part of our firm’s vibrant employee network, Pride@ZS is helping to further ZS’s broader inclusion and belonging mission.

Creating a welcoming community

Pride@ZS is a supportive network for LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies across levels, titles and regions that encourages all ZSers to feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work.

Raising awareness

Pride@ZS members drive firmwide dialogue, facilitate knowledge exchange (like the importance of pronouns), educate fellow ZSers through in-person and virtual activities, celebrate important milestones and help inform ZS’s broader inclusion and belonging mission.

Inspiring engagement

Pride@ZS members connect with new LGBTQIA+ individuals to help them navigate ZS’s culture with confidence.

Prioritizing outreach

Through our ZS Cares program, Pride@ZS partners with nonprofits to support a range of initiatives aimed at promoting equality, inclusivity and well-being for individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community.
