With more than 14 years of experience at ZS, Aaron currently serves as the EU leader of ZS’s customer-centric marketing practice area. In this role, Aaron works with numerous EU life sciences companies to develop customer-centric practices and capabilities from customer strategy, integrated promotion planning, data science and campaign optimization.

 

 

Aaron’s experience at ZS has spanned marketing and sales as well as consulting, operations and technology. His deepest area of expertise is in working with clients to develop their multichannel marketing capabilities. For example, Aaron recently worked with a major life sciences company on a comprehensive program to build new channels across both commercial and medical, develop a customer-360 database to consolidate data across channels using big data technology, and implement a data science program to evaluate and optimize the execution of multichannel campaigns.

 

 

Aaron led the ZS offices in Los Angeles and San Diego, where he worked with biotech companies to develop their commercial and R&D capabilities, and he also led ZS’s R&D practice. He previously worked at Deloitte and Touche, served as an engineer in the high-tech industry, and was an officer in the U.S. Army.

 

 

Aaron holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
