Abhi, as the worldwide CTO and member of ZS’s software advisory board, leads the global software product and technology group at ZS. Developing technology innovations and product strategy, he oversees global product and services teams deliver multiple product lines from prototype to production.

Abhi is an expert at leading large technology organizations, building award-winning products, optimizing Agile teams, managing large client engagements and driving transformational initiatives through effective change management. Through rapid innovation and technology adoption, leveraging next-gen capabilities (like AI and machine learning, big data and microservices), Abhi and his team create some of the most comprehensive life sciences products and platforms across the pharma value chain. Abhi also helps blend ZS domain with Agile engineering practices, codifying ZS expertise to create competitive advantages for our clients.

Before joining ZS, Abhi worked as a senior director for WCG ePharmaSolutions, leading teams across the U.S., Asia and Europe to build award-winning R&D and eClinical solutions used by hundreds of thousands of users across the globe. He also served in multiple leadership and managerial roles across the life sciences and financial space for both startup and Fortune 500 firms.

Abhi holds an MBA with a concentration in innovation and technology from Boston University, and a B.S. in computer science from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He also has a strategic management certificate from Harvard, a project management certificate from BU Global and has pursued an executive program in artificial intelligence from MIT Sloan and MIT CSAIL.
