Akanksha has over four years of business research experience across various industries. She has worked mostly within the travel and transportation and financial services sectors. She also dedicates some of her time to Women@ZS as a core member.

Akanksha’s areas of expertise center on qualitative research and analysis. She has worked in areas like benchmarking, opportunity assessment, competitor study and market landscape. She has also helped develop ZS collateral and POVs. 

Akanksha holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Amity Business School in Noida, India.
