Allen has worked with marketing and insights teams across 25-plus countries, helping launch products and tracking success factors.


Allen heads ZS’s business consulting area in India. He has expertise in maximizing brand potential and has consulted for pharma clients across a breadth of marketing issue areas, including brand planning, opportunity assessment, demand estimation and forecasting, product launch planning, targeting and segmentation, and product performance tracking. He also leads firm innovation within the customer insights space.


Over the past 10 years, Allen has established ZS’s customer insights team in India as a center of expertise; the team serves multiple issue areas and clients. He has also commercialized a novel mobile-based research platform to help with agile insights.

Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Allen was with Infosys, where he served as a technology consultant offering business intelligence and data warehousing solutions to Fortune 500 clients in the retail and logistics sectors.


Allen holds an MBA in marketing from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, where he graduated top of his class. He also has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, specializing in information technology, from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
