Bryan is a strategic insights and planning manager within ZS’s customer-centric marketing practice. Bryan focuses on helping clients increase the business value of their marketing efforts by creating and delivering to market analytically informed customer experiences and redefining marketing operations processes.
Bryan’s experience spans multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitality, entertainment and asset management, where he has helped solve client problems related to marketing capability assessment and road map building, brand tactical planning and execution, operations process design and marketing technology implementation.
Before joining ZS, Bryan worked across the pharmaceutical and financial services industries on executing brand strategy, standing up marketing operations organizations, enabling marketing and sales technology, and leading operations teams.
Bryan holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a B.A. in history from Monmouth University.
