Dan’s focus is on defining omnichannel customer strategies and then enabling them through technology, process and operations while creating digital-centric organizations.
Dan has worked on a wide range of commercial and non-commercial programs across the globe. His primary focus has been on strategic commercial transformations for some of the largest global pharmaceutical companies focused on digital enablement.
Dan’s areas of expertise include franchise/brand strategy, brand/product launch, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, customer engagement strategy, contract management, patient engagement strategy, patient marketing and services optimization.
Prior to joining ZS in 2018, Dan has held a number of global leadership roles for other consulting services firms with a strong focus in sales, marketing and contract management within life sciences and biotech organizations. Additionally, Dan has been a key leader in developing and enabling strategic digital transformations. Before entering consulting, Dan was responsible for M&A and significant digital programs in the financial services industry.
