Role



Dharmesh is the manufacturing leader in ZS’s supply chain and manufacturing practice. He works with clients from the C-suite to shop floor levels across various industries to enable their transformational journeys to digital and smart factory of the future with the principles of Industry 4.0/5.0. He also leads ZS’s go-to-market strategy for manufacturing, including asset building, partnerships, internal training modules and more.

Expertise



Dharmesh has over 20 years of industry experience and is an expert in connected supply chain, product life cycle management, enterprise resource planning and smart manufacturing across various industries including healthcare and pharma. His focus is strategic in terms of end-to-end value creation by integrating all vertical and horizontal systems within the healthcare ecosystem.
 

He has deep expertise in plant automation, helping to create solutions for real-time productivity and quality monitoring. Dharmesh has also defined an ideal plant and cloud enterprise and site-level architecture that incorporates machine connectivity, plant systems and corporate applications. He has also worked with solution providers to develop reporting and analytics solutions for various manufacturing use cases across various industries.

Prior experience



Prior joining to ZS, Dharmesh led Accenture’s Industry X.0 practice from 2019-2022. He also led PwC’s Industry 4.0 across the Americas from 2018-2019. Dharmesh has also held vice president roles at Stanley Black & Decker and Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. Additionally, Dharmesh is proud to be acknowledged by the Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government at Saint Vincent College in the field of operational excellence and world-class success in business. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has awarded Dharmesh with a patent in aerospace engineering.

Education



Dharmesh holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from DeVry University, a degree in advanced program management from Stanford University and an MBA from Webster University. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Project Management Professional®. Dharmesh also holds several certificates from MIT Sloan School of Management, Columbia University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School.
