Doug is part of ZS’s business consulting group and a client service team leader. He brings the best of ZS consulting, operations, and technology expertise and services to help clients address key commercialization challenges.
Doug has extensive sales and marketing experience, and he worked on pharmaceutical and healthcare industry issues in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. During his 30 years at ZS, he has helped leading pharmaceutical firms address a broad spectrum of marketing and sales force management issues in North America, South America, Asia and Europe. Among these issues are sales force design and resource allocation, sales and marketing organizational design, territory deployment, sales force performance evaluation, customer and account segmentation, incentive compensation plan design and management, and information management and analytical systems for sales and marketing.
In addition to client work, Doug served on ZS’s board, management committee, principal election committee and risk management committee. He also led the team that developed ZS’s ARTiS™ business intelligence offering. Doug served as executive sponsor of ZS’s global IT team, and as ZS's Latin America practice leader.
Doug holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, and an A.B. with honors from Harvard University.
