Erika has shaped growth marketing strategies for over 50 products during her career in life sciences.


As an associate principal, Erika has over a decade of experience working in healthcare, both in marketing consulting and on the client side. She leads ZS’s customer journey team and is a member of the patient marketing practice and the creative and design team.




Erika has shaped marketing strategies for both launch and in-line products in cardiology, chronic pain, diabetes, gastroenterology, hospital products, immunology, infectious diseases, nephrology, neurology, oncology, primary care, psychiatry and rare diseases. Her experience includes market opportunity assessment, customer journey, segmentation, positioning, CRM strategy, and tracking for HCPs and consumers.



Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Erika worked for five years at Rosetta Consulting, where she developed both marketing strategies and activation plans for healthcare clients. She also spent seven years at Merck & Co., where she drove development of new product strategies by forging stronger relationships among commercial, clinical and regulatory teams.




Erika holds an MBA in marketing and strategy from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a B.S. in chemical engineering from Lehigh University.
