Jean-Jacques focuses on global accounts and change management. His experience is in marketing and sales force mergers and acquisitions, customer relationship management, strategic and marketing planning, portfolio optimization, global SFE projects, micro-marketing and targeting, and business culture.
Jean-Jacques has worked with ZS clients in the U.S., Japan, Asia, Latin America, Canada and multiple European countries. (He formerly managed ZS’s European operations.) His experience and interest covers very quantitative approaches based on many years of practice with strong analytical requirements, such as non-linear optimization with a focus on implementation, leveraging competence in change management to ensure efficient integration of the human aspects of evolving organizations. He has also been leading the development of some of the geographical information systems of the company and the CRM practice.
Prior to joining ZS in 1991, Jean-Jacques was in charge of the geophysical research department with TOTAL, where he and his team developed innovative seismic data processing techniques, resulting in several patents.
Jean-Jacques has an engineering degree in geology and geophysics, and a Ph.D. in computer sciences applied to pattern recognition. He also has an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s in consulting and coaching for change from INSEAD/HEC. He is also a certified NLP master practitioner and trainer.
