Jeff has supported the development of transformative digital solutions across the healthcare spectrum that improve the lives of clients’ customers.

Jeff is an associate principal in ZS’s Atlanta office and leads the solution design and development space in ZS's digital and connected health practice.   

Jeff has over 18 years of broad experience advocating agile and lean UX methodologies to develop high-impact technology solutions spanning diverse domains such as healthcare, finance, military/defense and mortgages. He has hands-on experience supporting large clients across the healthcare continuum through their digital transformations and leading the design and development of digital experiences, which results in meaningful health outcomes.

Prior to joining ZS, Jeff was managing partner for a full life cycle agency focused on digital health. He has managed large digital programs across the U.S., Europe and India for top life sciences companies, U.S. health plans and high-tech health companies. In addition to his client work, Jeff developed the technology, user experience and digital strategy practices in the U.S. and near-shore in Jamaica.

Before beginning his career, Jeff received his education from the Art Institute of Atlanta.
