Prior to becoming a principal emeritus, Jeff Griese was ZS’s chief human resources officer in the firm’s Evanston, Ill., office. He was responsible for human resources operations and human capital strategy across the organization.

Jeff has extensive experience in management consulting, from both the client-facing and human resources perspectives. He has held positions in consulting and global human resources management at leading consulting firms.

Before joining ZS in 2009, Jeff spent an extended career with Accenture and its predecessor companies, Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen & Co., where he served in a variety of senior HR positions in Minneapolis, Chicago and London. Prior to assuming HR management roles, Jeff spent much of his career leading business integration consulting work for clients in the consumer and industrial products, construction and defense contracting sectors. His client experience focused primarily on integrating strategy, business processes, technology and human performance components to lead clients through major change initiatives.

Jeff holds a B.A. degree from Lawrence University.
