Jennifer has worked in healthcare for over 15 years, focused on the U.S. and European markets. A leader in ZS’s European marketing practice, Jennifer brings broad strategy and marketing expertise with large and emerging pharmaceutical and biotech companies across the U.S., Europe and Asia. She is also the EU regional client service leader for one of ZS’s large global clients.
Jennifer’s expertise is in strategy and marketing working across a diverse range of client issues such as portfolio/pipeline strategy, opportunity assessment, customer journey and segmentation, forecasting, and product strategy and planning.
Jennifer’s therapeutic area expertise focuses on oncology and hematology, with broad expertise across a range of primary and specialty care therapeutic areas (such as immunology, respiratory, cardiovascular, CNS and infectious disease).
Before joining ZS, Jennifer worked as a healthcare communications consultant for a large IT firm during the integration of electronic medical records into the state healthcare infrastructure in the U.S.
Prior to that, she was the product marketing manager for a medtech startup, driving all aspects of product strategy and implementation.
Jennifer holds an MSc in organizational behavior and social psychology from the London School of Economics in the U.K. She also has a BA in economics from the University of New Hampshire in the U.S.
