Kristyn is a manager in ZS’s San Francisco office and part of the pipeline and launch strategy practice.

 

 

Kristyn trained as a biomedical scientist and has leveraged her analytical skills and technical knowledge across a variety of projects and clients. Her recent work has focused on supporting clients in portfolio strategy, opportunity assessments, launch strategy and planning, and commercial and medical organization design engagements.

 

Kristyn also worked in ZS’s R&D excellence practice, where she led strategy development for a global multi-stakeholder patient advocacy initiative, led a cross-functional team to develop and launch a patient registry platform, and executed organizational change management engagements.

 

 

Kristyn has 10-plus years of biomedical research experience. Her postdoctoral work involved traveling to Kenya to coordinate a clinical trial to investigate treatments for opportunistic fungal infections in HIV patients. Her Ph.D. dissertation focused on investigating innate immune responses to infectious pathogens.

 

 

Kristyn joined ZS after earning her Ph.D. in biomedical science from the University of California, San Diego, and completing her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. She earned her B.S. in molecular biology at the University of Central Florida.
