Masa is the managing principal of ZS’s Japan practice. His experience spans a broad spectrum of sales and marketing areas in the pharmaceuticals and medical products industries. He has worked with Japanese, U.S. and European clients.
In sales, he has helped clients with new organization design, sales force design, sales force effectiveness improvement, integration planning and execution, channel strategy, acquisition assessment, targeting, call planning, and incentive compensation design and administration.
In marketing, he is experienced in brand strategy building, customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, forecasting, primary market research, pricing and opportunity assessment.
Masa is a former Fulbright scholar, and he has an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a B.A. in business and commerce from Keio University.
