Role
As the global lead for ZAIDYN’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy, Murali drives adoption and commercial success for the platform for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients worldwide. He collaborates closely with regional teams to shape launch strategies, identify market opportunities and accelerate value realization for life sciences clients. Murali also plays a key role in scaling the ZAIDYN user community, aligning cross-functional initiatives to build awareness, enablement and engagement across geographies.
Expertise
Murali has more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing IT consulting, with deep expertise in data warehousing, business intelligence and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. He has led more than 200 data management projects and over 20 large-scale data warehouse implementations across the U.S., India and other global markets. Murali brings a strong track record of delivering scalable technology programs, leading cross-cultural teams and driving digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
Prior experience
Murali’s experience prior to joining ZS includes one year in the systems department at a major pharmaceutical company.
Education
Murali has an M.S. in information technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s in computer science from Temple University.
