With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Naoko helps companies address a wide range of strategic and commercial issues.




Naoko is a true generalist: She has worked across healthcare provider, payer and supplier verticals. Recently, she led a CRM transformation for a large pharma client, rolling up disparate processes across 11 countries to create a global process for the company to interact with customers and track their activities.



Prior experience

In prior roles, Naoko was part of the corporate strategy team at DaVita HealthCare Partners, where she helped develop the company’s integrated care strategy and programs. She also worked to transform a fee-for-service physician network to a capitated model serving a different member base. Naoko also spent three years at McKinsey earlier in her career.




Naoko holds an MBA with honors in healthcare management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in biological sciences and B.A. in psychology from Stanford University.
