Natalie currently leads user experience for our software products and in business technology consulting, as well as a full-stack engineering team that builds custom client solutions.
Natalie has been building and leading user experience teams for more than 15 years. She has also led global technology, change management and innovation programs, with a focus on sales and marketing enablement.
Natalie and her team collaborate with clients and their key constituents to co-create, with a focus on imagining, describing and evaluating new technology solutions, business process and services. They provide user research and user-centered design for technology-based solutions and services.
A respected thought leader, Natalie authored a chapter in the Handbook of Business Anthropology about the role of UX research in an Agile development environment. She speaks regularly on UX-related topics and blogs at nataliehanson.com.
Before joining ZS, Natalie was a senior director in sales and business operations at SAP. She has also held technology roles in financial services and the public sector.
Natalie holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in anthropology from Temple University, as well as an M.A. in whole systems design from Antioch University in Seattle, and an A.B. from Smith College.
