Peter Manoogian is a principal in ZS’s Boston office and leader in ZS’s health plan and provider industry practice. He is passionate about developing trusted relationships with national and regional organizations through designing and implementing data- and analytics-informed solutions that yield measurable value.

Peter regularly contributes his insights to publications including Modern Healthcare, Business Insider and Managed Healthcare Executive. He writes about health-plan-focused topics for ZS.com and was named a “Rising Star of the Profession” by Consulting Magazine for delivering outstanding client service to a Fortune 200 insurer. 

Peter has expertise across multiple lines of business within diversified health services and insurance organizations, including health and specialty lines of coverage, home care, behavioral health and pharmacy.

His select topic area experience includes growth strategy advisory, value-based care, quality improvement, customer service center operations, analytics advisory and execution, sales distribution strategy and incentive compensation design. 

Peter holds a B.S. in industrial and management engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
