Ricky has over 15 years of consulting experience and leads ZS’s value and access analytics practice, focusing on helping clients navigate the complex U.S. market access landscape across a range of issues. Ricky is also an industry thought leader across numerous topics including the Inflation Reduction Act, 340B program and revenue leakage, gross-to-net (GTN) optimization, digital transformation in market access and end-to-end contracting capabilities.
Ricky’s work at ZS has spanned many key areas, such as sales and marketing in the pharma and biotech industries. His expertise areas include market access and contracting strategy and analytics across retail and specialty therapeutics. He uses primary and secondary data, advanced analytics, AI and machine learning and technology to help clients accelerate the process to gather robust insights and make informed decisions.
Ricky joined ZS in 2009. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in economics and Bachelor of Science in engineering from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
