As a ZS principal emeritus, Scott continues to support client and ZS initiatives. He also leads the firm's commercial and industrial practices, where he focuses on sales transformation, go-to-market and incentive compensation issues.
With more than 36 years of sales and advisory experience, Scott has worked with companies in industrial, distribution, high-tech and professional services markets over the course of his career. He develops and helps execute growth plans that realize true impact for his clients. This value is often realized through innovative sales and marketing techniques using data, analytics and customer insight.
Scott held leadership roles in other consultancies such as Arthur Andersen and Frank Lynn & Associates. At Arthur Andersen, he was the managing partner for the central region integrated customer solutions business (ICS). ICS provided clients with strategic and technology solutions for go-to-market issues. As a vice president and partner at Frank Lynn & Associates, Scott was responsible for developing successful client channel strategies and leading a niche consulting business.
Scott holds a B.S.B.A. in marketing and an MBA from the University of Denver.
