Role



Tanuj is the global lead of ZS’s process excellence and transformation center of excellence, focusing on driving digitization, automation solutions (including RPA and intelligent automation), and process excellence and transformation projects for clients. In addition, Tanuj leads the engagement delivery for a key ZS client, providing strategic direction across multiple workstreams and for the overall development of the team.

 

 

Expertise



Tanuj has deep expertise in establishing and delivering large-scale operations for clients, enhancing organizations’ operational maturity and efficiency, developing efficient and flexible solutions to operational problems, and transforming client experiences through automation. He has around 20 years of experience in process consulting, re-engineering and transformation, digitization and automation, helping clients build efficient, flexible and more profitable organizations. Tanuj helps clients across the globe enhance their customer experience, improve their time to deal closure, reduce time to product launch, increase their payment accuracy and reduce overall costs. Tanuj is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trainer. 

 

 

Prior experience



Before joining ZS, Tanuj was an assistant vice president with Genpact, leading roles in process excellence and operations. He led multiple transformation, Lean Six Sigma and re-engineering projects for clients across the globe. He started his career with Computer Sciences Corporation in IT project management and software development.

 

 

Education



Tanuj holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mangalore University, graduating at the top of his class in electronics and communication. He went on to complete a post-graduate degree in management from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, specializing in systems and marketing.
